Delivery
We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £40. These are posted second class Royal Mail.
All orders are processed in order that they are received and so dispatch times may vary.
Current lead time for personalised trinket dishes is up to 3 weeks
Each personalised order is individually made for you, the full process of personalisation, hand painting, kiln firings and cooling takes time, so please allow up to 3 weeks at the moment, for full completion before your item is ready to be posted.
Dispatch Time
Once your order has been made and dispatched, please allow the following time for postage :
UK - 2 - 5 working days
Ireland - 5 - 7 working days
Orders are posted out through Royal Mail second class delivery to the UK and standard international delivery for the rest of the world. If you require a tracking service, please select that option during the checkout process.
In a hurry? We will always try our best to accommodate to orders that need to be processed sooner, but this is not a guarantee. Please get in contact to see if it is possible.
We cannot accept any responsibility for delivery for any orders processed and dispatched if an incorrect address was provided. If you would like to amend the delivery address or notice a mistake in your order confirmation, please get in contact immediately. Providing that it has not yet been sent out, we will be able to make the necessary changes.
We are sorry to say that we currently are not able to offer international shipping.
No refunds can be issued for abandoned packages due to unpaid shipping/import fees.
