I was thrilled with my earrings, they looked so pretty and we’re well packaged.
However when I put them in, I noticed that one of them wasn’t sitting properly in my ear, so when I took them out and dangled them side by side, it was obvious that one was unbalanced, this was simply due to the hole being slightly in the wrong place through the ceramic. I contacted white rain and sent photos, and I’m now waiting for another ceramic heart to arrive in the post, very easy to deal with, thank you white rain designs 💗
